The 7 days after delivery are considered the time limit for returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging with tags. Individual or personalized items cannot be returned since they are made to order. To make a return, send us an email at shivara.co25@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will send back authorization and shipping labels in case of return.
Refunds are done within 5-7 business days after the item is received and looked into. Refunds made are compensated on the same method of payment as the original purchase, including the full amount of the paid item, with the shipping fee for normal returns. In the case of exchange of size in rings or bracelets, free adjustments are offered in case they are returned early enough, on the condition that they are returned.
The cost of shipping the returns is incurred by the customer, except when we are at fault (e.g., we shipped the wrong item). International orders are also guided by the same, but can experience delays that are related to customs. We do not give back money due to buyers' remorse about sold products, which are final.
All jewellery returned undergoes cleaning and verification. In case an item is worn out, the refund can be refused. We are advising against seeing the shop without size guides and product information, to reduce the level of returns.
