We deliver to India and some overseas areas through some of our trusted partners, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post. The processing of orders takes 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. Within the country, the delivery time for shipping is 3-7 business days, with a difference in delivery time being shorter in the metro areas (2-4 days) and longer in more distant areas (up to 10 days). The shipping to foreign countries will differ depending on the country, with the average being 7-15 days, and the customer has to pay duties and taxes.
Free standard shipping applies to orders over 1500, and otherwise, a nominal charge of 99 is applied. Express deliveries (1-3 days domestic) can be opted for at an extra cost of ₹199. When dispatched, we give tracking information through email and SMS. All packages are covered under loss or damage in transit.
Our jewellery comes in environmentally friendly packaging and has a protective padlock to avoid tarnishing. We suggest not being exposed to water or perfumes after delivery. In the case of bulk or wholesale orders, we can be contacted about customized shipping.
Delays can be caused by festivals, strikes, or predetermined events; in this case, we can inform the affected customers. We stretch the return windows in such circumstances. Shipments that are lost or damaged are replaced free of charge upon investigation, and are usually in 7-10 days.
